Under Products you can look up the company's items, see their details, stock and prices – and maintain images, barcodes and attachments directly from the phone.
Search for products, and change organizational unit at the top.
Scan a barcode to open the product directly.
Tap a product to view it.
On the product you see:
A summary with display name, product number, description, stock location and sales price.
Stock balance – how many are in stock, split by locations/units.
Barcodes linked to the product.
Images on the product.
Attachments (for example documents and guides).
You can add a barcode to the product – either by scanning it or by typing it. This makes it faster to find and scan the item in the future.
The product has its own Images section. Tap + to choose how the image should come in:
Take a photo with the camera.
Pick an image from the phone.
Once the image has been added, you can tap it to open it – or use the actions on the line:
Edit – enter an alternative text for the image.
Make primary – make the image the product's primary image. The primary image is marked in the list.
Up / Down – move the image so the order is right.
Remove – delete the image from the product.
Besides images you can add attachments to the product, for example an installation guide or a data sheet. When you add an attachment:
Choose Take a photo, Pick an image or Record a video.
Enter a file name. The file name must not contain invalid characters – otherwise you get a message.
Choose which documents the attachment should be included on: Invoice, Sales order and/or Quote. That way the guide, for example, automatically follows the documents sent to the customer when the item is sold.
Save.
Tap an attachment to open it. You can also edit an existing attachment – both the name and which documents it is included on – or remove it again.
Under sales prices you can see and edit the product's prices. Per price type you see, among other things, cost price, sales price, whether the price is applicable and active, its active interval, and which price is the current one.
Which fields, prices and locations are shown follows your setup in Financial.
The stock balance is the same as the one you see in Financial.
If you cannot see the menu item, you probably do not have permission for it – contact support.
