Under Customers you find the company's customers. You can search, view details, create new customers and work with relations and contact persons.
Search among the customers, and switch organizational unit at the top.
Tap a customer to open it.
Tap New to create a customer.
You can create a customer as a person or an organization. When creating, you enter at least a phone number (depending on the setup, the number is used as the customer number). Fill in the other details as needed and save.
On the customer you see, among other things, name, birth date, VAT/organization number, addresses, phone numbers and emails. Address, phone and email can be opened directly in the maps, phone and mail apps.
You can see the customer's contact persons and relations, add a new relation and remove an existing one. Tap a relation to open the related actor.
Whether a phone number is required on creation (and used as the customer number) is controlled by a setting in Sapera.
