Sapera - hotfixes 19 October 2026

Minor update (hotfixes) - fixes and improvements in Sapera.

This update is a minor rollout (hotfixes) with a number of fixes and improvements. The changes are rolled out gradually across environments.

POS

  • Bulk updating of sales prices now runs in smaller chunks, so it can no longer run for many minutes in a single transaction and block POS sales along the way.

Inventory

  • The tabs on inventory entries have been renamed to "Sales history" and "Purchase history" to make them easier to understand.

  • The "Add" button in the stock journal now splits rows per variant.

  • When adding to a stock count draft, products are now sorted by product location.

Digital inbox

  • On a duplicate, the system now asks before the document is forwarded to a sales invoice.

Reports and printouts

  • The revenue report now resolves the customer category within the organizational unit, so the correct category is used for grouping and filtering.

  • The balance report now keeps the closing-entry kind on draft entries.

  • Sales order, invoice and quote reports now show product field names correctly.

  • The external PDF viewer is now allowed to finish large print runs and clearly reports when a run cannot be completed.

SyncTool and data synchronization

  • Power BI Export & Mail: SaperaBI pages can now be emailed as PDF or Excel.

  • Mass changes extended: quick "add all", apply without preview, copy sales prices between price types (only where missing, newer or different), filter and set customers' price type, activate/deactivate products in bulk, and search/change "Allow decimals".

  • Clean-up: archived customers and suppliers can now be deleted, and a product that is still in use is never deleted.

  • Scheduling: you can now change which user a job runs as, with a "runs as" column, and "use my login" asks first.

  • New and improved import options: SFTP with SSH keys, fetching attachments from a OneDrive link, and VAT-code mapping in the finance import.

  • A load brake now covers every call to Sapera, so busy periods do not overload the system.

SaperaBI and Power BI

  • The daily FIFO reconciliation has been made faster (linear calculation), so it can no longer run into a timeout.
