Under Stock drafts you carry out stock counting and registration directly from the app. You open a draft and add lines for the items you count.
The list shows the available stock drafts and can be filtered via the list preferences. Your filters can be saved as a view.
Change organizational unit at the top.
Tap a draft to open its lines.
The drafts are created in Financial – in the app you continue working in a draft that already exists.
Counting is fastest with barcode scanning:
Scan a stock location to set the location for the next lines.
Scan an item. If the item is already at the top of the list, the quantity is counted up; otherwise a new line is created.
Enter the quantity if needed (the field switches to the numeric keyboard when a quantity is expected).
For serial-number items, the individual serial number is registered.
You can also add lines manually, search the draft's lines and edit or remove a line. Counted quantities for the same item are kept in sync across lines.
If you scan a location, it is used for the following lines.
If you add a line manually and do not choose a location yourself, the default stock location set up for the organizational unit is filled in once you have chosen the item. If there is no default location, the field is left empty and you choose it yourself.
You can always change the location on the individual line.
The drafts and their purpose (for example counting/adjustment) are set up in Financial; the app registers what is counted, which is then processed in Financial.
If you cannot see the menu item, you probably do not have permission for it – contact support.
