The settings control how Sapera communicates with your WooCommerce webshop when products, images and orders are synchronized.
1. From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera, open "Financial".
2. Go to "Setup" → "Settings" → "WebShop" → "Sync".
Determines how many items (e.g. products) Sapera sends to the webshop per call when synchronizing in bulk.
The default value is 30. The webshop's API allows a maximum of 100 per call, so values above 100 are treated as 100. If the value is set to 0, the default value of 30 is used.
A lower value can help if the webshop's server has trouble keeping up (e.g. with timeout errors during synchronization); a higher value can make large synchronizations faster.
Options: An integer between 1 and 100 (default: 30).
Determines how many seconds Sapera waits for a response from the webshop before a call is abandoned. The timeout applies both to ordinary synchronization calls and to retrieving images from the webshop.
The default value is 200 seconds. If the value is set to 0, the default value is used.
If you experience timeout errors when synchronizing large amounts of data or many images, the value can be increased.
Options: Number of seconds as an integer (default: 200).
