Report settings control how the reports you generate in Sapera are delivered to you, and whether the system automatically pre-fills the report's department parameters with the department you are currently working in. The settings apply across the reports generated in the system.
Open the menu in the top left corner and select Financial. Then go to Setup and select Settings. Find the category Reports in the list.
To view and change these settings, your user must have access to the settings area in Shop Manager.
Open report mode: Determines how a generated report is delivered to you. Select Download to download the report directly in the browser. Select OpenInClient to open the report in the local client. Select OpenInAgent to open the report via Sapera Agent. If you select OpenInAgent but Agent is not available on the machine, the system automatically falls back to downloading the report. The default value is Download.
Fill OU parameters with current OU: Specifies whether Sapera should automatically fill the report's department parameters (OU, organizational unit) with the department you are currently working in. Select Yes if the parameters should be pre-filled with your current department, so you do not have to select it every time. Select No if the parameters should not be filled automatically. The default value is No, so the parameters are not pre-filled.
