The "All stock transfer lines" screen gives a combined overview of all individual lines from internal stock transfers in Sapera. Unlike the internal transfer archive, which shows transfer operations as a whole, this screen shows each individual item line across all journals and operations.
This makes it possible to search across transfers and see exactly which items have been transferred, from and to which locations and organizational units, at which cost price and sales price type, and whether the line is processed and posted.
The screen is a read-only overview — nothing is created or changed from here.
From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera, open Financial. In the left menu select Product → Internal transfer archive. Then click the All transactions button at the top left of the screen.
You are now on the overview of all stock transfer lines.
If you cannot see the menu item, you probably do not have permission for it. Contact support.

The Entries tab: Shows a sub-panel with all transfer lines associated with the operation. In addition to the columns shown in the main list, Customer, Supplier and Description are also shown here for each line. It is possible to right-click a line in this panel to open the product page (Open product) or the serial number item (Open serial number item), if the line concerns a serial number item.
Tabs for Stock document (dept.): If the operation has associated stock documents, one or more dynamic tabs are shown with the label "Stock document (department name)". Each tab shows the relevant stock document.
Tabs for Finance document (dept.): Similarly, dynamic tabs are shown for any finance documents with the label "Finance document (document number) (department name)". These give direct access to the accounting's finance documents.
