Under Settings you adapt the app to you. The settings apply on your device and do not affect your colleagues.
Your details
At the top you see details about the user you are logged in as:
Logged in – your user name.
Tenant – the company's domain name. It is shown on its own line so you can quickly see which environment you are working in.
Server – the server the app is connected to.
Subscription and next renewal date.
From here you can also open the subscription screen and log out of the app.
Language
Choose the app's language. The change takes effect immediately throughout the app.
Theme
Choose a theme (light or dark) so the app suits your preferences and lighting conditions.
Start page
Choose which page the app opens on after login – for example My day, Tasks or Sales orders. You can only choose among the pages you have access to.
Search
Under Search you choose whether the search field should automatically get focus when you open a list. If you turn it on, you can start typing (or scanning) right away without tapping the field first.
About
Under About you find the app's name and version. This is useful if you contact support.
Good to know
If you want to change server or tenant, that is done on the setup screen at login – see the getting started article.
Your subscription controls which areas are available. If the subscription is assigned centrally, it is handled by your administrator or support; otherwise it is handled via the App Store or Google Play.
