This printout shows the entries in a stock journal — that is, the counts and stock adjustments that have been registered. For the affected items, the item number, description, location and the counted movement are shown, so the journal can be reviewed before it is posted.
The printout is generated from a stock journal in Sapera via the print action. Before the printout is generated, you can limit the content with the parameters below.
Limit the printout to items in a specific product category. Specified by the category's number. If the field is left empty, all categories are included.
Limit the printout to a specific stock location. If the field is left empty, all locations are included.
Limit the printout to a specific item number. If the field is left empty, all items are included.
Selects which items are included based on their stock movement: All, Only with movements or Without movements. The default is All.
Sets a lower limit for how large a movement must be before the item is included. Used to filter out insignificant adjustments.
Text included on the printout as a description/heading for the journal.
Start date for the interval from which entries are included.
End date for the interval up to which entries are included.
Selects which items are shown: Only items in the journal, Only items NOT in the journal, or All items. The default is Only items in the journal.
