The Receipt screen in Pos lets you customize the visual content shown on the point-of-sale system's receipts and order documents. You can upload logos, add text blocks to the receipt and choose a waiting animation that is shown in the POS app.
The settings can be configured per organizational unit, so different stores in a chain can have separate setups.
From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera, open Pos. In the left menu, select Configuration → Receipt.
Select the desired organizational unit at the top of the screen to view and edit its specific settings.
If you cannot see the menu item in the menu, you probably do not have permission to it. Contact support.
Store info (top): Free text (up to 2,500 characters) printed at the top of the receipt – typically the store address, VAT number or other contact details.
Store info (bottom): Free text (up to 2,500 characters) printed at the bottom of the receipt – typically the return policy, opening hours or a thank-you note.
Logo: Image file used as the logo on receipts printed from the POS printer's receipt template.
Order logo: Image file shown as the logo on order documents (for example a sales order). The field name adapts dynamically to the term the store uses for sales orders.
New order logo: Image file shown as the logo when new order documents are created. The field name likewise follows the store's term for sales orders.
Waiting animation: Image file (animated or static) shown as a loading indicator in the POS application while the system processes operations.
Changes are only saved when you click the Save button. The button is only shown when there are changes that have not yet been saved. Click Undo to restore the most recently saved values.
