The inventory-related settings in Sapera are collected under Setup and control how products, stock, labels and service callouts behave. The settings are divided into four categories, each with its own walkthrough. Note that the settings themselves are shown in English in the user interface.
Open the Financial app. Go to Setup and then Settings. Under the inventory category you will find the four subcategories described below.
If you cannot see the menu item, you probably do not have permissions for it. Contact support.
Products: Settings that control products — including cost price and finance, variants, serial number items, composite products, numbering, search and web products. See Product settings.
Stock: Settings for stock management — use of stock, location management, cost price updates, voucher numbering and negative stock. See Stock settings.
Labels: Settings for printing labels — printer, template, margins and paper size. See Label settings.
Service callouts: The time window for automatically sending service callout messages. See Service callout settings.
