The Customer label report prints a small shipping address label for a single customer. The label is intended to be placed on an envelope or parcel, and it contains the customer's name and address.
The label shows the customer's name — either first and last name for a private individual or the organization name for a company — together with address line, postal code and city. The home address is prioritized, and if it is not filled in, the business address is used instead. The label itself is a small field of approximately 7 cm wide and 4.5 cm high, placed at the top left of an A4 sheet.
Customer label has no user-selected parameters. You therefore do not have to select or enter anything when you start it.
The report automatically pulls the information it needs: the customer you have open, and the store (organizational unit) you are working in. These values are set for you in the background, and the label is printed directly with the customer's name and address.
Customer label is started from the customer card. First find the customer under the customer overview, and open the customer card. From here you select printing of the customer label via the report/print menu on the customer card, after which the label is generated with the open customer's name and address.
The report is available as a PDF print and is printed on an A4 sheet with the label placed at the top left. There is no Excel variant of this report.
