The Debitor & kreditor tab shows what customers owe you (receivables) and what you owe suppliers (payables) — broken down by how long the amounts have been overdue.
Cards at the top: Åben debitor (open receivables), Åben kreditor (open payables), Debitor over 3 md / Kreditor over 3 md (over 3 months overdue) and the number of open receivable and payable entries.
One matrix per customer and one per supplier with Saldo (balance), Antal (count) and the overdue breakdown.
The overdue breakdown: Ej forfalden (not yet due), 0-1 uge (0-1 week), 1-2 uger (1-2 weeks), 2u-1 md (2 weeks-1 month), 1-2 md, 2-3 md and > 3 md (months).
Right-click a customer in the receivables matrix and choose Drill through → Debitor-bilag (Receivable vouchers) to see the open entries behind the balance.
Right-click a supplier in the payables matrix and choose Drill through → Kreditor-bilag (Payable vouchers).
Choose Skæringsdato (cut-off date) to see the balances and overdue breakdown as they were on a given day, for example at month or year end. If the field is empty, the figures are as of today.
Narrow down with Aktør (customer/supplier) and Org. enhed (department). Ryd valg (clear selections) resets the filters.
The breakdown counts days from the due date to the cut-off date — not how old the posting is. "Ej forfalden" are entries that had not yet reached their due date on the cut-off date.
On a cut-off date, only postings and settlements dated up to and including that day count. The figures follow the same rules as the Debitorsaldo and Kreditorsaldo printouts for the same date.
Drill through to Debitor-bilag and Kreditor-bilag always shows the open entries as of today.
"Posted" means figures as they are recorded in the accounts.
