Only sales orders count — not tasks. Tasks have their own page, Opgaver (Tasks).
Only orders with status Påbegyndt (in progress) or Arbejde udført (work done) count. Drafts are only included if your setup is configured for it — contact support.
The amount is the sales value of the part not yet invoiced, calculated by quantity: (order quantity − invoiced quantity) ÷ order quantity × line amount. Fully invoiced lines count as 0, and partial invoicing is deducted.
An order is included as long as it has lines that are not invoiced — also if they are at 0 kr, for example text lines or work the customer will not pay for. Such orders are shown with the amount 0.
If you filter on a product, only the order's lines with that product count. If the product is at 0 kr on the order, the order is shown at 0 kr even though other lines on it have an amount.
The cut-off date also decides what counts as invoiced: only invoices up to and including that date count.
Henlagt (shelved) = orders created more than 90 days before the cut-off date.
